His practice includes commercial and business law litigation, oil & gas litigation, tort, and insurance defense. Hyatt has extensive trial and appellate experience in areas including oil & gas lease disputes, personal injury, insurance defense, employment and contract matters. He is admitted to practice before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, United States District Courts for the Western, Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and all State Courts of Texas. Hyatt is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, Texas Young Lawyers Association, Texas Association of Defense Counsel, Midland Bar Association and Midland Young Lawyers Association. Hyatt received his undergraduate degree in 1998 from Schreiner College in Kerrville, Texas and his law degree from the University of Tulsa School of Law in 2001.
