Clifton DuBose, Jr. joined Lynch, Chappell & Alsup in 2010. His practice is concentrated in the areas of business law and oil & gas, with a particular emphasis on general corporate transactions, the preparation of title opinions, the documentation of all phases of oil and gas transactions, and the coordination of various activities related to the acquisition and divestiture of oil and gas properties.
Mr. DuBose received his B.S. in Agribusiness in 2004 from Abilene Christian University, graduating magna cum laude. He earned his J.D. from Georgetown Law in 2009.
Admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2009, Mr. DuBose is also a member of the Midland County Bar Association.
