Leslie Kramer has been an associate in the litigation section of the firm since 1994. Her practice is concentrated in the area of commercial litigation, at both the trial and appellate levels. Her areas of practice include representing clients involved in business disputes, employment litigation, and oil and gas litigation. She has co-authored articles on complex civil litigation.

Kramer was admitted to practice in the state of Illinois in 1986, and in the state of Colorado in 1989. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1992. Kramer is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. Kramer is also admitted to practice before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth, Seventh, Ninth, and Tenth Circuits. She is a member of the Midland County Bar Association.

Kramer has volunteered at her children’s schools, serving as chairman of the PTA Playground Committee, coordinator of the PTA “Reflections” art contest, editor of the PTA Newsletter, and games coordinator for the annual school carnival. Kramer is also a member of her church’s Church Growth Ministry Team.

Kramer received her B.A. in English Literature summa cum laude with high honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1983, where she was admitted to Phi Beta Kappa. She earned her law degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1986, graduating cum laude.
