William F. Krueger joined Lynch, Chappell & Alsup in 2006. His practice is
concentrated in the areas of business law and oil and gas, with a particular
emphasis on general corporate transactions, the preparation of title opinions,
the documentation of all phases of oil and gas transactions, and the
coordination of various activities related to the acquisition and divestiture of
oil and gas properties.
Krueger received his B.A. in Political Science in 2002 from Texas A&M
University, graduating summa cum laude. He earned his J.D. from Southern
Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2006, where as a member of the
International Law Review he served as Associate Managing Editor of both The
International Lawyer and The Law and Business Review of the Americas.
Admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2006, Krueger is a also a member of the
Midland County Bar Association.
