Derek Cook Bio

Derek serves our clients by either leading or providing secondary counsel in civil litigation cases involving oil and gas, commercial disputes, real estate, personal injury, and collection matters. Derek provides thorough service and strategic assistance to help clients achieve a dispute resolution that fits their specific needs.

Derek and his wife, Carly, an elementary school teacher, love living in Midland. They chose to make the city their home in 2011, along with their three dogs, Chester, Beau and Belle.
