Elizabeth Courtney practices mainly in oil and gas transactional matters, including title examination and rendering title opinions. She prepares original title opinions, Drilling Title Opinions, and Division Order Title Opinions. She also conducts due diligence relating to acquisitions as well as preparing various agreements. Ms. Courtney also represents individual mineral owners in the review of various oil and gas documents and assists in the transfer of oil and gas assets in Texas and New Mexico. Ms. Courtney grew up in Midland and returned to the city after graduating from law school.
