Kimberly Key practices in LC&A’s Oil and Gas Section, focusing mainly on oil and gas transactional matters including title examination and rendering title opinions. She prepares original title opinions, Drilling Title Opinions, and Division Order Title Opinions. Kimberly also conducts due diligence relating to acquisitions as well as preparing various agreements. Additionally, Kimberly represents individual mineral owners in the review of various oil and gas documents such as leases, easements, and conveyancing documents.

Kimberly grew up in Midland and returned home after graduating law school. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Hayden and their two chocolate labs, Moose and Cash.
